This policy explains how Neo Hair Hair System Centre ("Neo Hair", "we") handles personal data collected through hairsystem.com.tr and when you contact us. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, country code, e-mail address (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
- Photos and messages you send us on WhatsApp or by e-mail for a hair analysis.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page you sent the form from, used to prevent abuse.
- Cookies: strictly necessary cookies, and analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a hair analysis and a quote, and arrange appointments (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To provide and follow up on our services (performance of a contract).
- To measure how the site is used and improve it (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To protect the site against spam and misuse (our legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider, e-mail provider and, if you choose to write to us there, WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye; where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after two years. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the periods required by law. Before-and-after photos are never published without your separate written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you whether we process your data, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
